As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a delightful breezeway that invites the gentle river breeze to flow through to a covered back porch, equipped with tables and chairs for effortless outdoor entertaining and relaxation.
On the left side of the breezeway, discover a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an eating bar and a charming dining area, ideal for family meals and celebrations. The expansive living room is designed for comfort, featuring beautiful stained floors, 3 big-screen TVs, high speed WiFi, and captivating views of the river.
The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower for your convenience. An additional king-sized bedroom is located on this side of the house, accompanied by a hallway bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.
On the right side of the breezeway, you’ll find three more inviting bedrooms: one with a king and a twin bed, another with both a king and a queen bed, and the third with a queen and twin bed. A spacious bathroom downstairs offers a walk-in shower and a separate vanity area for added privacy.
For larger groups, an additional sleeping area is available for rent upstairs, accessible from the back porch/patio. This expansive room includes 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a twin trundle, along with a private bathroom equipped with a shower.
For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided, along with towels and linens. Step outside to enjoy the large deck overlooking the picturesque Frio River, complete with a fire pit and an additional patio area.
