Guest Rules, Policies, and Liabilities Agreement: I acknowledge and agree:

The deposit, balance, and any damages will be charged to the same credit card.

That it is a crime if I misrepresent the number of members in my party.

That I have seen, read and understand the rules, policies, maps, limits and boundaries of facility.

That all guest under 21 years of age are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

That upon arrival, I will report to manager any condition of the premises that are not clean, well maintained or safe.

That I alone accept responsibility for the conduct and safety of all members of my party.

That I will pay for any and all damages to premises caused by myself and members of my party.

That I will pay for any items found to be damaged or missing from premise after my departure.

That the premises are privately owned and the owner has the right to refuse service to anyone.

That the owner of premises shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages, loss, theft, or any injury to, or death of, guest or any other persons, or to their property from whatever cause arising from occupancy or use of premises by guest or any other persons and quest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner there from.
